Helping clients with end-to-end services
Public Progress is focused on assisting non-profit and municipal clients to design, build, finance and operate affordable housing. We do this through development consulting, project management, community engagement and ongoing advisory services. With other team members we can also assist with government approvals.
Through our principal owner, Bruce Davis, we have added site selection, property purchases/sales and leasing to our tool box so that clients can benefit from end-to-end service and results.
Real Estate services
Bruce Davis is registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) to trade in real estate and the buying and selling of businesses. He is registered as a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Porritt Real Estate Brokerage. PorrittRealEstate.com
He has also completed a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell's SC Johnson College of Business and was a founding Director of Toronto Lands Corporation, the Toronto District School Board's real estate development and property management subsidiary.
Please note that for compliance and record-keeping purposes, real estate clients and customers will be asked to sign a representation agreement in addition to our normal consulting services agreements.
